Steve Harvey, P. Eng.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in civil engineering and diploma in Civil Engineering Technology and is designated as a Professional Engineer with EGBC in British Columbia and PEO in Ontario. Steve has designed and managed hundreds of infrastructure upgrade projects for Municipal, Ministry, and Private clients.

Josh Culp

CEO / Senior engineer (BC & ON)

Joshua Culp, P. L. Eng. is a Professional Licensee with experience in civil engineering including road design, active transportation, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, water system rehabilitations, and asset management. Josh completed an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology in 2014 in Ontario and has been working in BC since 2018.

Acadia Engineering Inc. was built on the foundation of Brianne Chard’s financial expertise and entrepreneurial drive. Originally managing the financial operations of a growing engineering division within her previous company, Brianne played a pivotal role in its transition into an independent firm—Acadia Engineering. Her strong accounting background and strategic financial oversight have been instrumental in shaping the company’s stability and growth. Today, Brianne continues to provide the financial leadership that ensures Acadia remains resilient, well-managed, and prepared for the challenges of business ownership.

Alex Bridgett

Alex has been our Designer of the Engineering Dept. since 2021. He is a designated road construction junior inspector with OACETT and working towards his C.E.T. with OACETT. Alex has contributed greatly to Acadia’s projects by utilising his keen eye for detail to embolden the quality of workmanship within our company.

Jamie is an Senior Technologist with over twenty five (25) years of experience in the municipal engineering, transportation and natural resource sector. He specializes in complex detailed design using Civil 3D, along with geomatics.

Greig Garland

Greig Garland, P. Eng.

Senior Engineer (BC & ON)

Greig is a Senior Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the Civil / Municipal Engineering. Greig holds a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering with a focus on Water Resources with a Master of Business. Greig specializes in project management , planning, approvals, design, and implementation of land development and municipal infrastructure projects. He maintains a professional engineer license in the Province of British Columbia, Ontario and the State of Florida.

Sam Cane

Sam is our Project manager, and an experienced professional with recent experience managing the construction of new custom homes, and renovations. Prior to Sam's involvement in residential construction management and design, he led heavy civil and ICI teams through the installation of deep foundations and ground improvement works.
